Candidates must have experience, meet the qualifications, will be able to work independently from home and visit the Beverly Hills, FL office location. This position is commission based. Mortgage Loan Originator:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (preferred, not required)
Current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Experience in the consumer loan industry
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers
Skilled also as a Mortgage Loan Processor (preferred, but not required)

Mortgage Loan Processor:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (preferred, but not required)
Experience in FHA loan processing
Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends
Skilled also as a Mortgage Loan Originator (preferred, but not required)
