  • Healthy Patients (No Medication):
  • $250 to establish care, including a physical and basic lab work.
  • Annual visits unless an acute issue arises (e.g., flu or stitches), which are $100 per
    visit.
  • Regular Care Patients:
  • Ages 45 and Under: $75/month.
  • Ages 46 and Over: $100/month.
  • Includes annual physical, basic labs, regular follow-ups, and visits as needed.
  • Additional labs or procedures will be quoted before being performed.
    Insurance Information
    We plan to accept United Healthcare. More details will be available soon!

Thank you!  Thank YOU!!  THANK YOU!!!  We are very pleased to announce that both of our EPIC adventures to Turneffe Flats and Zancudo Lodge – Sport Fishing in Costa Rica are SOLD OUT!!  We will be getting “Pampered in Paradise”, very soon, (in 11 days), November 16 – 23 at Turneffe Flats in Belize.  Then returning to the Osa Peninsula and Zancudo Lodge, January 26 – February 1, 2025.  This will be our fourth trip to Belize and sixth trip to Costa Rica!! Bartholomew & Christopher Columbus have nothing on us!!  Let’s go CATCHING all around the WORLD!!!

One location has been championed by a few of our members and will be happening
Saturday, Sept. 21, 7:30 to 11:30. The Chassahowitzka Cleanup is one of several Citrus Co cleanup locations, and will be a multi-group effort. Effort is sponsored by the Nature Coast Ramblers and managed by Citrus County government who provides supplies and trash disposal. Reservations require a signed waiver in advance.
